Congrats! That's pretty fast for someone who got an RFE!! very nice :thumbs:

ye i know :) but the response review still hasn't changes on my i485 form hopefully soon doe :) BUT i am very happy that i will be able to work soon :dance:

Got an email saying my EAD card was mailed out to me today soooooooooooo HAPPPY

I know, That's why even I have heard lots of people saying early walk-in doesn't help, I still did it.

You never know what's gonna happen to your case and early walk-in won't hurt you at all. :D

I got my texts/emails today as well! EAD card is in production, interview is in 20 days! :dance: so happy to know that I will be able to go back home soon :) (and then come back as a permanent resident hehe)

Lupa how can u go home does it allow u to leave the USA?

Provided Lupa receives their Advance Parole (AP) and they were not out of F1 status prior to filing for AOS then a person may leave and re-enter the US using their AP-- however they must return in time for their AOS interview.

I'm super excited for the interview, but is it normal that I have to go all the way to the NBC? That's like a 10 hour drive from me... Is that a reason to worry? Congrats everybody! Aimee, I still have no news on my EAD! But I'm glad you got yours - there's an end to a year of boredom! :D

Apr. 24 - online status changed to Request for Initial Evidence (pesky tax transcripts)
Apr. 28 - RFE notice arrived in the mail
Apr. 30 - Responded to RFE
May 3 - Online status changed to "Request for Evidence Response Review"
May 9 - Successful early walk-in biometrics in Milwaukee
June 5 - Online status changed to "Testing and Interview" - Interview date: July 11. Online interview location: NBC

Your actual interview letter that arrives in the mail will list your local USCIS Field Office as the location for your interview, so don't worry about driving all the way to the NBC :lol:
