Yay, we finally received the text notifying us that hubby's RFE was received by the USCIS.

On May 23, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location.

Things are back in action.. Hope we get that interview letter REAL soon! *Crosses fingers*

Just got notice that EAD card is in production AND interview is on the very popular day of June 26th (Denver)!

Off to Canada. EAD should be waiting upon return. Goodluck everyone! Keep those interview dates rolling in.

What's happening with may filers? They already got Eads and appt letters?

aimeelouise, I've been following everybody's progress silently and I see that you're getting a little impatient, so I decided to tune in to let you know I'm in the same situation as you. We sent out the RFE response sometime late April, they confirmed that they received it on May 3rd and I haven't heard from them since. Online status says "Request for Evidence Response Review". I'm trying not to check on it more than once a day, because it drives me crazy and I realize that my EAD may be already on its way to me without a status update, but I have to admit that it's hard. I have a job lined up and waiting for my permit and I'm antsy, because I haven't worked in 6 months, so I understand the frustration. You're not alone, they haven't forgotten about your file or at least not ONLY your file - maybe it's just the both of us though

Congrats to everybody who's already got an interview date! Please post and link interview experiences, especially ones from Milwaukee.

I am sorry i am so impatient, just need get a job ASAP Its being a year since i have worked Our timeline looks nearly the same lets hope it will go lil faster for us, oh god lets wish they did not loose our files ahhhh that would be bringing stress to a whole diff level for me haha . I really appreciate you writing to me. I feel alot better that im not alone lets just keep our fingers crossed thank you very much :) :)

All the best for you guys, I think it's just a matter of time 2-4 weeks until they finalize the case for an interview. and I really feel you, the wait is not fun, but we are all on the same boat until we receive the GC

went for biometrics yesterday. was quick and easy. i did not think they would want me to roll my fingers that much, but whatever makes them happy.
