Hi again. Successful walk in appt at Hialeah asc . 20mins. They never checked the date because they were distracted by my Michael kors passport holder. Lol. Whatever works. Now for them to accept my rfe reply.

No biometrics letter yet for me too.It's gonna be turning 1 month from NOA1 on the 18th.Will be calling them by then for follow up.

I hope you get the letter either today or tomorrow so that you won't have to call them on Friday. If no such luck ... Let me know how the phone call went and what they said :) I wish you the very best. Good luck!

Still no updates on my case and the online status still shows a last updated date of 4/30 on all three forms. At this point I think no news is good news though, and I hope I'm close to being out of the woods with regards to an RFE.

Those of you without biometrics appointments after a month, perhaps you should call the helpline number and see what's going on? They could probably tell you if a notice had been mailed out that USPS had not delivered.

Seeing as though we have almost identical timelines, I sure do hope that's the case! :)

From mailing my application to receiving my EAD notification I was probably checking online 4-5 times a day, between my EAD and interview, perhaps 1-3 times per week and now I have received my interview date I don't even check it since I figure at this point no one is even looking at my case anymore.

It looks like the March filers received their interview dates for May and June. I would expect the April filers to get theirs for interview dates for June and July, with the late filers being in August.

Thanks Chris and JDH. I guess i am just out of the bright eyed and bushy tail stage! I want this thing to move but your words of encouragement mean a lot. I just still get stressed out that something is missing or whatever. Between work, immigration and buying a house- those three stresses are now bouncing off each other.

Hey there follow Bostonian. Real cool that you got your biometrics letter fairly quick. I don't know where mine is. I don't know if they sent it already or not. It better not be lost somewhere out there ... that'd be horrible. Oh the stress.

what does ur online status say? mine says they mailed out the fingerprint notice.
