hey. i am still at initial review for all cases with no touch since the date they cashed my checks.

04/26 that is.

04/20-mailed aos, 130,ead,131 to chicago from florida via UPS.
04/23-ups delivered at 9:03 am
04/25-uscic texts and emails for four docs.6:02 pm (case sent to NBC.)
04/26- both checks cashed
05/01-four paper NOAs in the mail
05/01-biometrics appt mailed
05/03-bio appt rcvd. scheduled 05/21. hialeah ASC
05/08-RFE mailed.
05/12-RFE rcvd. USC husband 2011 taxes, proof of IO employment authorization???
05/14-mailed rfe requested info to MSC.
05/16-successful walk in at Hialeah. 20minutes no questions asked.
05/18- RFE response review email text 5:00 pm
06/22- Card/ Document Production
06/30-Ead ap combo in hand
07/24-interview scheduled 08/27/2012
08/27/2012-interview-approved. Texts/emails at 6:30pm
08/30- Card production texts
09/04/2012-Welcome to America. Green Card in hand!

March 12th 2012.. Medical completed for I693 form

April 5th 2012 Day 1 .. Sent Off AOS package

April 11th 2012 Day 6 .. Received text/email conformation

April 18th 2012 Day 13.. Received Bio Appointment for April 30th 2012 :)

April 26th 2012 Day 21.. Check online status seen i got an RFE :(

April 30th 2012 Day 25.. Did my BIO, and RFE arrived in the mail

May 1st 2012 Day 26.. Sent back RFE and did my Change of address

May 3rd 2012 Day 28 .. RFE recieved and online status change to RFE reponse review

June 5th 2012 Day 30 ... Received Email ' Card in Production' :)

June 6th 2012 Day 31 ... Recieved interview Date for July 10th

June 13th 2012 Day 38 .. Received Employment CARD

June 14th 2012 Day 39 .. Applied For SSN

June 18th 2012 Day 43 .. Recieved SSN

July 10th 2012 Day 65 .. Interview

July 10th 2012 Day 65..... Approved for GC

Just completed a walk-in Biometrics appointment at 5949 W.Pico in Los Angeles. Was in and out in 20 minutes.

Now just waiting for the Interview...

Day 0 (Apr 23rd) - Sent AOS package (I-130/I-485/I-131)

Day 2 (Apr 25th) - Package arrived at Chicago Lockbox

Day 7 (Apr 30th) - Received Email confirmation for all 3 forms, checks cashed

Day 14 (May 7th) - Received all 3 paper NOA's and a biometrics appointment for May 23rd

Day 15 (May 8th) - Completed walk-in Biometrics appointment

Day 70 (July 2nd) - Received Text/Email notifying me AP (I-131) has been approved

Day 86 (July 18th) - Received AP documents

Day 109 (Aug 10th) - Received Interview notice for September 12th

Day 142 (Sep 12th) - Interview - Approved on the spot.

Day 148 (Sep 18th) - Received Card Production text.

Day 151 (Sep 21st) - Card delivered

My I-360 and I-765 still show as Initial Review and the I-485 as Acceptance, all last touched on 4/30 when they became visible in the system.

I've been seeing some very fast turnarounds here and from other AoS filers recently (several were less than 3 months from application to interview) so since I am done with everything from my end (unless I get an RFE) things should hopefully speed along, especially since I did an early walk-in biometrics yesterday.

Ditto-I am hoping that I will have the same luck as some of the March filers and get my interview notification soon! and for all of us of course! speed speed speed!

Click on your name in the right hand side...hit add/edit timeline, then Edit / Add My Entry, then edit timeline...then you can fix whatever you want :)

I have a question. I had my biometrics appt back on April 30th for my AOS application. I got another biometrics appointment for my EAD (weird) on May 18th. Do I have to go again? I just got my biometrics done. I see that my biometrics notice for the EAD is dated for April 30th, same day I got my biometrics done.

Has any one else experienced this?

P.S.

I sent out my AOS application roughly 3 weeks after I found out that the EAD and AP applications are free to apply for and sent them out immediately. So there could be a mix up from that. What do you guys think?

hmmm ok good to know. Yeah I'm planning to give them a call tomorrow. But If I have to go, I'm gonna go. It's only a 10 minute drive for me. I hate the parking there (ughhhh downtown parking :angry: )

My current status is Initial Review for the I-130, I-131, and I-765. I-485 has an RFE. Haven't received it in the mail yet.
