We are among the April filers as well. Our package was mailed on April 18. Still nothing, checks aren't cashed neither :(

Let waiting begin :( the shorter the better :) for all of us

Mine says delivered on april 20th by usps, but i havent seen the banks cash the checks or the email NOA.

how many of us have april 20th~ delivery with no news yet?

I everyone ! I sent my application on April 11th and it was received on the 16th.I received NOA for the Employment Authorization and AOS.I have not received a biometrics appointment yet.Is this normal ??

I am sending my AOS this evening with UPS.

If I get my NOA's before the end of the month I will be an April filer. If they come in May, I will have to change forums to the May filers. Sorry! :D:bonk::innocent:

My AOS packet was scheduled to be delivered to the Chicago Lockbox today, but isn't showing up as delivered yet on USPS.

It probably has been delivered, they just didn't update the tracking yet (USPS - Priority).

I hope so :) It has been moving well for you! Hope it will continue this way :) By the way I just checked online banking (I have been doing this few times every day like crazy :( and it shows "pending" on checks. I guess they took our checks to the bank this afternoon, so hopefully receipts will be coming soon along with biometrics.

Thank you so much, same to u... but as you saw that the checks are on pending , that means that you are in a good shape, btw, they don't go to the bank lol coz they have an electronic system that they withdraw money from Bank accounts, e-check.if you filed G-1145 you r gonna receive texts and emails before the hard copies, that's usually 3-4 days before you receive the hard copy of NOA in the mail

yeah that's sucks, when I sent my package, I sent it through express mail, and when I was checking the online tracking , it was telling me that on the way and it was kept like that for 3 days , when I called them the agent told me that , it was already delivered the second day... USPS they dont have a good online tracking. you can call and check

Finally got the delivery notification. It was delivered at 2pm but they didn't update their site until 11pm. Signed for by D. Colonna.

I THINK I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY PAPERS :( :( someone help ahh

i put on the part where is says place of entry to the US ..the destination on where i got of the plane in Jacksonville North Carolina ....

should i of put Dublin cause i left there ????????

Technically it is Dublin since that is where you went through Immigration, but I doubt that it will be an issue due to the extensive checks that they complete.

-Dec 2006: Arrived with an F1 visa

-Dec 2007: Met USC.

-Dec 2009: Got Engaged.

-Jan 2010: Fell out of Status.

-Oct 2010: Married USC.

-Feb 2012: Filed I-130/AOS
