No to spoko, niepotrzebnie panike sieje :whistle:

Ana, ja bede miec filmy na komputerze i ogladac tez bede na komputerze (moj ulubiony sposob), mamy 17" laptop to jak maly telewizor jest! :lol: Czesc filmow bedzie pewnie w formacie dvd ale nie bedzie mi sie chcialo wypalac plyt aby specjalnie na dvd ogladac.

Ja z kolei tez zostawilam mase filmow i plyt cd za soba w Polsce i szczerze mowiac na wyprawe do kina nawet nie ma czasu, wiec mam nadzieje nadrobic zaleglosci w domowym zaciszu ;). Zazdroszcze Ci tego tvn, chociazby dla samych wiadomosci.

Got my 10-year GC yesterday!

Gratulacje!!! W koncu sie doczekalas!

17 June 2005- entered US on tourist visa, I came to visit my boyfriend. We hadn't seen each other for 9 months.

18 November 2005- We got married!!!

8 December 2005- we sent I-485 package to Chicago

16 December 2005- notice date for I-485, I-130, I-765

28 December 2005- biometrics appointment letter

11 January 2006-biometrics done

1 April 2006- finally got EAD

7 April 2006- applied for SSN

6 May 2006- SSN arrived

26 June 2006- got my driver's license

17 August 2006- got my interview letter!!!!

02 October 2006 11:30- we had an interview and we were approved!!!

07 October 2006- I got my Welcome Notice

14 October 2006- Permanent Resident Card Arrived!!!

12 July 2008- I-751 sent

17 July 2008-check cashed

19 July 2008-NOA from VSC

8 August 2008- biometrics appointment letter arrived

9 August 2008- request for rescheduling sent

4 September 2008-biometrics

25 February 2009-case transferred to CSC

19 June 2009- Green Card arrived !!!

No USCIS for the next 10 years!

I dziekuje, Dorota. Tyle stresu bylo z tym durnym RFE. Teraz tylko naturalizacja (moze nawet od razu w marcu) i bye bye USCIS!

Witam,

Mam pytanie dotyczace dowodu osobistego. Moj polski dowod i prawo jazdy stracily waznosc. Mam zamiar jechac do Polski wciagu najblizszego roku (taka przynajmniej mam nadzieje) i wyrobic nowe dokumenty. Powiedziano mi, ze poniewaz moje dokumenty sa niewazne zostane wymeldowana z mieszkania w Polsce! Jest to mozliwe????

Wiesz, mnie nie jest potrzebny meldunek do niczego, tylko tylko chce miec dokumenty polskie. Moge wyrobic nowy dowod bez meldunku w Polsce? Nie mam zielonego pojecia jak to dziala :wacko:

Monika, ja tu znalazlam takie:

"Witam,

jestem osobą, która nie posiada stałego ani czasowego meldunku.

Byłem dziś w biurze paszportowym i chciałem złożyć wniosek. Dostarczyłem wszystkie dokumenty łącznie z dowodem osobistym bez adresu.

Odmówiono mi przyjęcia wniosku, zrobiła to sama kierowniczka. Powiedziała, że muszę mieć przynajmniej czasowy, bo oni to muszą dać w Warszawie.

Nie pominę też faktu, że nawrzeszczała na mnie iż każdy obywatel ma obowiązek posiadać dowód osobisty i zameldowanie przynajmniej czasowe jeśli przebywa gdzieś więcej niż 3 dni. No właśnie a jeśli nie przebywa? Widać nie ma takiego obowiązku skoro nie miałem żadnego problemu z otrzymaniem dowodu osobistego. Dostarczyłem dokumenty i dostałem dowód. "

Z tego wynika ze dowod dostac mozna. Nie rozumiem tylko dlaczego masz byc wymeldowana z mieszkania. Wydaje mi sie (ale nie jestem pewna), ze wymeldowac to Cie musi wlasciciel mieszkania i to chyba nie jest az takie proste. Moja kolezanka kupila niedawno mieszkanie z zameldowanym czlowiekiem bo byl to syn wlascicieli ktory przebywal za granica i nie mogli go wymeldowac bez jego obecnosci (albo mogli ale jakos to bardziej skomplikowane bylo - juz nie pamietam).

Ja tam powiem tak: bardzo popieram idee posiadania polskich dokumentow na zasadzie - nigdy nie wiadomo co sie moze przydac.

Mam nadzieje, ze uda mi sie pojechac do Polski w grudniu i zaczne zalatwiac dokumenty. No ja tez wlasnie nie rozumiem z tym wymeldowaniem, to mnie najbardziej wystraszylo. Podobno, ze moje dokumenty sa juz niewazne (ja mam jeszcze te ksiazeczki, nie plastikowe) i ich nie odnowilam, to moga mnie administracyjnie wymeldowac.

A co tak w ogole u Was slychac? Mnie sie szkola zaczyna w czwartek... tak sie lenilam cale wakacje, ze nie pamietam jak to jest jak nie moge sobie robic co chce i kiedy chce :)

U mnie szkola zaczyna sie jutro. Zmienilam major z fizykoterapii na pielegniarstwo. Stwierdzilam, ze jesli od poczatku chcialam pielegniarstwo to nie ma co sie bawic w fizykoterapie. W tym semestrze mam znowu matme i tez anatomie. Anatomia mnie przeraza... Poza tym nic szczegolnego. Sprzedajemy dom.... Nic poza tym. W kwietniu moze zloze papiery o obywatelstwo. Ktos wie ile to dziadostwo teraz kosztuje?

Fajnie, ze zmienilas kierunek. Szczegolnie jezeli to skroci Twoj czas w szkole. Nie wiem, jaka jest Twoja sytuacja, ale byc moze to by Cie interesowalo: http://bhpr.hrsa.gov/nursing/loanrepay.htm

Nie mam pojecia jak to jest z papierami o obywatelstwo. Moja jedna kolezanka ma egzamin na obywatelstwo we wrzesniu, to przynajmniej dowiem sie od niej jak to wyglada.

Dzieki za linka! Ciekawe gdzie sa te critical shortage facilities... pewnie na jakiejs wiosce.. akurat zmiana kierunku mi nie skroci czasu, wrecz przeciwnie. Ale mam kilka opcji, wiec zobaczymy. W kazdym razie doszlam do wniosku ze kariera warta tych kilku lat dluzej. Kiedy ty konczysz juz szkole?
