Well, all I can tell you is that I don't know anybody who was denied. And it is still my belief that if you present yourself well, you'll have no problems. I'm not saying that you didn't, but maybe there's something that you missed. If you said you had a bf/fiance in US, it's a huge red flag for the Embassy.

Btw, if you don't like America, why did you want to move here?

:D

Well for first time when I got visa present myself well :D and I think that in the same way I present second time,but...First time consul got me 2 questions:

1.How long you were in England?(1 week-competitions)

2.Why are you going to US-I said to see american football(cause I was a huge fan in that time :P) cause this simple question just suprise me :D

Next time consul after taking my passport(I came back on time) only said:

1.You were working in US!!!

He didn't ask who is waiting for me there.

All the papers(from my high school, from my acounts etc.)He takes and throw at me saying the same words :D and on the end he said : Idz juz! If there was any glass between us I think that i will take him and break his neck :P

I know the people are coming there and sayig crazy staff to consul, but I know that there are many of people that didn't get their visa for no reason...cause consul said that and that's it...

I think that should be some rules of getting B2 visa for example:

Owner of 1 house,2 cars,company.20000 on saving acounts.so if you have that staff then go to get you visa appointment and if then you didn't get your visa that something was wrong with you :D

And about America...I love Poland I"ve "fight" for this country and nothing better sounds like Mazurek Dabrowskiego. There was a lot o fights about moving here and I've lost cause I didn't have any arguments for staying there(You know work-I had work, but my honey earns more, money, house, future tc.)

If someone will give me the ticket to Poland i will go without any questions and if only we will have a chance to come back there I will go ASAP :D

Wow it's a tough subject :D

As many people as many stories :P

What doesn't kill you...makes you stronger:D

Hi Everyone!!!!

Today I had my interview and everything went smoothly :D They didn't ask us any questions or check our documents. Our interviewer said the stuff we sent with our applications, looked good. Everyone was nice... Honestly, I don't have anything to talk about :D They stamped my passport, took away my EAD card and I was told that I will get my green card in 2 weeks. I'm really happy that I'm done with immigration paperwork for the next 2 years :dance::dance:

Polish PACZKI are huge in Michigan. You can buy them everywhere and they are called PACZKI!!!!!!!!!!!! Stores and bakeries take special orders for paczki. We were in Detroit today so we stopped in the Polish part of town, Hamtramck. We ate a Polish dinner and did some shopping in a Polish Market! I got all the food I have missed so much... Now I'm enjoying Wedel's Ptasie Mleczko :luv:

Regards,

Monika

Wow, Monika, I'm soooo excited for you!!! Congrats that's so awesome.

Tyle rzeczy mnie w Polsce wkurza... Np. przez polska sluzbe zdrowia stracilam kilku czlonkow rodziny. Tutaj jest duzo lepsza opieka zdrowotna, lepszy dostep do lekow, nowych technologii itd. Tak samo polskie sady... W polsce zlodzieje i nieuczciwi ludzie (np. nieuczciwi pracodawcy) smieja ci sie w twarz. No ale nic. Juz sie nie moge doczekac wizyty w Polsce :)

Paczki... cholera niech was wezmie... Tutaj tylko same "donaty", ktore w wiekszosci sa obrzydliwe.. Ostatni raz prawdziwego PACZKA jadlam wlasnie w Chicago... BOBAK'S rzadzi! Alicja, chodzisz do Bobak'sa? Zazdroszcze!

No myslalam ze mnie szlag trafi.

W efekcie state ID dostalam, ale termin waznosci konczy sie wraz z moim I-94, czyli do 6 kwietnia. Wlasnie! Mooonika! GRATULACJE!!!!!! Chcialabym zeby kazdy mial takie interview jakie mialas Ty!!! FANTASTICO!!!!

Aha, kupila je w Giant Eagle, i kto by pomyslal? Na pewno nie ja! Dobra koncze juz te wywody o paczkach, bo jeszcze sobie pomyslicie o mnie!
