I would like to have contact with all of you in this process, I sent my I130 on January 11 and I havent get my NOA2 yet, I see that a lot of people get their approval in 2 or 3 months. I hope that will happen to me.

Hi..what can i tell you.. i filed I-130 on july 26, 2011, and i finally got my NOA2 on feb 9, 2012 with CSC, although people with VSC have faster process. So lets hope they do it fast for you. Good luck :)

Well yes I realized that, I got very sad when I found out that my case was sent to California, at least I have Visa and I can go visit my husband as often as I want or can.

Yes, the story is that I've been married for 11 years now, we have 2 kids, I moved to USA but for few reasons I had to come back, problems with my pregnancies (gestational diabetes) etc, when I was ready to move back to USA, my husband had a minor heart attack and he couldn't continue with his business (construction), so he decided to start College and a new Career (Surgical Tech) which will take 2 years (he is going to finish by October). I never started my residency papers until my last visit to my husband (Christmas 2011), I got my NOA1 Jan 11, 2012.

I am not in rush because anyway we are planning to move by January, but I feel anxious with all this paperwork, and little details to do things right......... I am pretty sure that with soooo many years married and kids together I won't have any problems but with these people we never know !!!

I guess I have a loooonnnngggg wait ahead of me then because my case was sent to Cali as well :(. I am sending out positive vibes though....I hope to God they process us FAST!
