I just sent off my package and when I arrived home I realized I forgot the check for 420 dollars at home. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT TO DO!!!!

I-130/AOS Timeline:

03/28/2012 (Day 0) - Concurrent filing of I-130/AOS (with EAD and AP) mailed to Chicago Lockbox
03/29/2012 (Day 1) - Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox, confirmation received.
04/02/2012 (Day 5) - emails/texts NOA 1 x 4
04/03/2012 (Day 6) - checks cashed
04/10/2012 (Day 13) - Notice for biometrics app. May 2, 2012
04/12/2012 (Day 15) - NOA 1 hard copies received x 4
04/17/2012 (Day 20) - Email for RFE received

They will reject it and send it back to you. There is nothing you can do but wait. In the meantime you could go over the copies you made of your package and see if there are any other mistakes, for when the package comes back.

I forgot the biometric fee and they sent me a notice saying I needed to pay that before the application would be processed further. The I-130, I-765, and I-131 all say in Initial Review. The I-485 says it was missing biometric fee. Hopefully they will just send you a notice instead of rejecting the whole petition. Good luck

3/07/2012 Sent I-130,I-485,I-765,I-131 to Chicago lockbox

3/16/12 NOA1 received along with notice that Biometric fee was missing

3/25/12 received receipt that biometric fee had been accepted

4/16/12 Biometric Appointment

5/14/12 EAD/AP card received

Still waiting for update on I-130/I-485

Calling won't help. They'll reject it. At this point - no check, no service.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

i called the post office and caught it in time to add the check in. now i am paranoid about signatures etc.... but if they have the money all the rest can b3 rfe'd right????!!!! soooo relieved..... today has been a horrible day!!!! i shoul've kept the package another day to recheck everything just bec/ of the bad karma ugh

Day 10 - 04/11/2012 - NOA for I-{130/AOS/AP/EAD} Received.
Day 15 - 04/16/2012 - NOA for Biometrics appointment Received. {Scheduled for 05/08/12}
Day 37 - 05/08/2012 - Biometrics app completed.
Day 44 - 05/15/2012 - Interview date schedule @ Dallas/Irving TX..
Day 54 - 05/25/2012 - EAD/AP production Notification.
Day 75 - 06/15/2012 - Interview'd with NO approval. 1 hr Post-interview: Received I-485/Card production email.
