Hi:

I received my AOS/EAD/AP NOAs a day earlier than you and had my case numbers for AOS and EAD entered only two days ago. The AP number is still missing. When I called the immigration line, the lady told me it could take up to a month. Oh, I just thought of something - I had my biometrics appt on the 21st of February and only after it was completed, AOS and EAD appeared in the computer. Perhaps there is a link between these two instances.

Well I have been waiting for the online updates since we received our NOA on the 31st. I guess maybe we are some of the unlucky ones who don't get to track our cases online quite yet ... seems like everyone around that 30-31st are having the same problems ..

I have seen some people who just received their NOA in Feb and they already can check online.

check out my blog

My China Blog

1/23/06 - Mailed AOS

1/25/06 - received by Chicago

1/31/06 - NOA 1

5/25/06 - Interview passed and received greencard stamp

Finally done with this process until 2008.

I wouldn't put much stock in that web-site. We were put on it a few weeks after we got our NOA but it hasn't been touched in more than a year now even though it should have been changed several times. We got an Infopass appointment because nothing ever seemed to happen in our case and we were told not to pay any attention to that website because sometimes it isn't updated. I wanted to ask why they had the website therefore but I figured it was a pointless question.
