Well problem is MOST of USCIS IO/VOs are immigrants, well technically they ALL ARE unless they are Native Americans, and to them they feel to do certain things because they are citizens and you are not.

Anyway good luck on your end. By the mean time I'm still waiting on my ROC, hope my N-400 will force them to finish this ####### up.

Google 'Stokes interview' and that will tell you exactly what they ask.. they will ask very personal and embarassing questions put it that way. I'm sorry you are going through a rough time.. yes seek your congressman it's the only way for peace.

thanks everybody !! so how this sounds to all of you !! we never had fight ,or a financial problem and we are merried since 2006 !! not even a little attempt to separate or stuff like she is leaving me or im living her and after a week goes all the way arround!!what wil the io say after we show him 6 years joint tax return,we dont owe anybody money,joint bank account or rental lease,life insurance,check book with our names on it ,family plan att cell phone !! im i ready and in order !! what is your prediction !!HOW THE INTERVIEW WILL GO!! These docs are fine but the most important question is " Are you really married & do you guys live together ? ".

If the marriage is bona fide one, there is nothing to be scared of.

If I were you I would ask IO why we were asked for the 2nd interview.

However if you can not prove the marriage which is bona fide one & in fact it is not bona fide. Don't forget there is no perfect crime, you always make a mistake at somepoint.

By the way, IO's look at your body language more than your docs. Good Luck !....Please keep us posted..

Most likely either they lost your original package, which happens a lot especially with apps that were sent to local offices, as they got left in the drawer and never touched again.

Or, the VO/IO is being an @$$, which happens.

I suggest you contact your congressman ASAP and have him/her give you a helping hand, which helps a lot.

Goce, bring the originals of what you already sent to them and also additional documents you got after you last mailed them staff - for example, bank statements from the last few months, your latest tax return for 2011, new lease, new insurance - anything joint that you haven't sent them yet.
