BPI receit number help

Lucky us !!! We paid the BPI fee last Friday, we are trying to register our interview online and it wont take the

passport number with or without the x's I even added an extra x to make it 10 digits.

Anyone else have this problem??

yup we had the same issue, needed the "XX" at the front of the passport number.

why do we need the XX? my passport no has 2 letters before the 7 digits.. does it mean aside from the two letters I have to add XX?

If when you go to schedule your interview date online and you have problems with the receipt number (which is the passport number) then make sure to put those two letters (whatever they are, with my fiancee they were XX) in front of the numbers. I tried a couple times before it dawned on me to try adding the two letters, then it accepted the number and the calendar screen came up so I could schedule the interview.
