USC Parents To The US

I applied to bring both Filipino parents to the US. Already received NOA1 and would like to prepare things in advance.

What documents, photocopies etc that may be required to be submitted with the DS-230 should I have my parents send to me so I have them in advance?

What needs to be orignal or certified copy or just a copy?

With the DS-230 will I be the one to sign it because I will be the agent for my parents or will my parents have to sign and mail it to me?

Are the photos 2x2 and how many photos of each parent?

My middle name was different on my green card. Changed it during citizenship. What should I send to show the change.

I have put together the below list so far. What else is needed?

- DS 230 COVER SHEET

- DS 230 FORM

- BIRTH CERTIFICATE (parents)

- MARRIAGE CERTIFICTE (parents)

- PASSPORT COPIES (parents)

- NBI (parents)-(Police Clearance)

- 2X2 PHOTOS (parents)

- BIRTH CERTIFICATE (Me)

- MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (Me)

- PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP (Me)

- SHOULD I ADD PICS/LETTERS/NOTICES COPIES
