I am filing for both my mother and father. Should I fill out the I-864EZ or only the I-864. The requirements for the EZ state that: The relative you are sponsoring is the only person listed on Form I-130 petition, however, each one of them has their own individual I-130 form.

So, which form should be used in this case the 864 EZ or just 864?

Just file Form I-864.

Form I-864EZ is just a shorter version of Form I-864. People use Form I-864EZ when they have ample income and don't need to rely on assets to meet the 125% poverty level. It's not much more trouble to use Form I-864.
