I've read all the replies to your post and I have one thing to add.

All that people typically provide are photos together, POE stamps (Port of Entry) on passports to prove travel, boarding passes, chat logs, emails exchanged, telephone bills etc.

You have to be very prepared for the interview also. Its not always what you show on paper. You have to be quite confident in your answers. Look up interview questions on the internet and prepare yourself really well(I'm sure you did this already, try harder). 1000 pages of chat logs seems too good to be true. I had around 700 pages of chat/email/text message logs, but I picked a few from every month and reduced them to 40 pages.

Answering your other question, you can't provide videos as proof because any kind of memory devices (CD's, DVD's, pen drives etc) are not allowed into an american embassy.

Looking at what happened in your case, it just looks like the CO is not convinced with you rather than the content you provided. So be very prepared.

What about affidavits from family who know you and of the relationship. I submitted a list of 41 people who know of our relationship, their addresses and phone numbers,. Affidavits from his family and best friend since they know us both and meet us both.

But as Pushbrk said time together is so so key. Nothing no chats no phone-logs can take the place. And confidence in the interview I have read over and over no matter the embassy. You have to be so convincing and never waiver.

Best of luck to you. It will be well.

the faster way to print fb is go on her profile you'll see friends/message/* click * then see friendship..from there you see all the conversation u guys had before and the latest one. also maybe if you guys have a lease agreement (hotel, condo, or etc) where you guys spend time together in person. make sure both of your name are there..goodluck!!

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

Sounds like you provided a lot of evidence for proof of relationship. As some others have mentioned, it could have been the actual interview that drew the CO suspect of your case. Having everything on paper is one thing, knowing how to answer the interview questions is another. Did you prepare prior to the interview? Do a mock interview with sample questions? Confidence is key.

As far as providing additional evidence, I would suggest typing up an updated Fiance Letter of Intent to Marry - one for you and one for your soon to be. Sign and notarize of course. Also, get both parents' side to write a statement that they are happy with your engagement and support you two and look forward to your upcoming marriage. Sign and notarize as well.

Hope it helps. Good luck. Pakistan is a hard country for K-1 Fiance Visas to the USA, especially if the beneficiary is a boy. And if it's a love marriage.

Okay, so I'm responding to the original post:

500-1000 pages is a little overboard... I've seen a lot of cases where the filers get frustrated because they spend all that time printing off logs. You want to remember that it doesn't matter HOW MUCH you submit, it matters how personal the information you submit is and what the time-frame of your evidence is. If the oldest evidence you submit is from only a few weeks ago, that's a problem... When my husband and I submitted our evidence, we were approved without any trouble and we had absolutely no phone call logs/bills... I remember reading other peoples' posts about how they submitted so much stuff and they still had trouble getting approval. My husband and I submitted 4-5 pages of chatlogs (1 for every month before we met in person), a few pages worth of pictures, images of my boarding passes, tickets from us traveling together via train, bus, etc. and pictures of me with him out in public and his family. I also wrote a personal statement and included oovoo chat images of my husband talking to my parents. If you look at my timeline, I have a list of everything I filed along with exactly how much of each evidence type we submitted. Maybe that will be helpful.

It really sounds like they are asking for DIFFERENT evidence, not necessarily MORE. Organization is important, you don't want to go into an interview with a huge file of papers.. If you have a second interview, go in with a small binder (1-inch thick MAX) and make sure your information is a little more personal and shows that you spend time together and you like each other's family. Make a point not to include more than 5 pages of chat (I copied segments of chat sessions, downsized the font to size 8 and just pasted whichever ones I thought would be more helpful as evidence). As far as the actual interviewing goes, you shouldn't have to study. If you know your spouse well, then you should be able to go into the interview with no worries. Answer any questions they throw at you and don't be nervous, you've got this. Try not to get too discouraged. :-)

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.

I think the best proof that you can show is if you and your fiancee go to interview together, that is what i did and the CO didn't want to see any paper pictures or chat logs, That is the best advice that I can give you. Open a bank account, insurance, and so on, that is after the visa is issue

I agree with the majority of posters here that 1000 pages was way too much. The key in providing the evidence to the embassy is to never-ever give them anything that can be misread/misunderstood. Did your fiancé go through ALL those pages and made sure nothing been said that the officer could possible misinterpret? I highly doubt that he did. Great advice from the post above - pick what you send to them, make the best impression you can, and pray for approval.

I know some of the stuff we submitted were pretty personal talking about our future or how we were planning for having a baby,

The OP mentioned about things not deep enough so that is why i mentioned this... as we all know if your engaged you WILL be talking about the future.. deep personal things not things in general all the time...

Even as an engaged couple you still make plans for the future..

And i was mentioning all the other items as well to see exactly what else they had submitted since even as an engaged couple you still make plans.. i know some k1 filers that have a debit card for their fiance for in case reasons... so they had already created some type of joint bank account or way to have an extra debit card in their fiances name

Did you send any of this info as I posted earlier? Aside from the trips/boarding passes passport stamps eticket etc...??

I have my husband as POD on EVERYTHING that is related to insurance/stocks/checking/savings accounts and in my will... also he is on some of my utility bills

the POD stuff works for a K-1 visa with a beneficiary in Pakistan? ah ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

i know some k1 filers that have a debit card for their fiance for in case reasons...

This has been covered several times in other threads. Legally, only a person whose name is on the account can use a debit/credit card. I know that is not the custom, but it is the law. If I admit to the interviewer in the embassy that I am committing fraud or theft by using someone else's bank card, I can't imagine that would help my case. Until I can take my fiance to my bank and put his name on my account, he should not be using my debit/credit card. Until his name is on the account, it is not ours--it is only mine.

When my son was living at home, I asked at my bank about having a second emergency card for my son and was told that he could not be named on my account until he was of legal age and that he had to come in personally at that time. He opened his own account and that was fine, but again, he did this personally, face-to-face. Perhaps it is possible to do this if a bank has international branches, but it seems unlikely for the average couple. I have only had accounts at 2 banks so I am certainly not an expert, though.

From the response that I got, even though the OP stated that he'd be "grateful for all suggestions", his fiance made it very clear that she only wants discussion of video evidence. All I can say is good luck with that. And good luck with the marriage.

Good god I am the last person to suggest fraud I work for a financial institution and I know some banks allow customers to add an overseas person to make it a joint account allowing for legal use of debit card or add person to credit car as joint account holder

It's been done legally and successfully before but a lot of banks now require a ss number but some allow for joint account holders without it
