In my husbands case he had 2 appointments, and they were spaced out a bit, but if I remember correctly, it was within a short amount of time(around 1 week). But I would advise to never bank on any time frame any of us gives here and to plan ahead. As soon as we knew they were scheduling his interview, he went over and got his medical. I am not sure how long the medical exams are good for, and we didn't know the interview couldn't be scheduled for another 2 months after the initial notification, due to the Lagos Consulate being backed up. Just something to keep in mind if you don't already have an interview date.

for lagos, go for your medical three weeks before your interview. its usually two visits: one for the needed test and second visit is to pick up the sealed envelope for your interview. hold enough cash because u never knw the sudden fee change. Q-life clinic is recommended, although both suggested clinics by the appointment letter will do the job

For my husband it was two visits, first visit was testing and getting needed shots and the second day was to pick up his envelope, he went to Kamorass but they are no longer working with the embassy.
