Ok so I'm putting my paperwork together, and for the fact that we live in California, and I still don't have a state issues IID and we bought our car/ got our Internet, phone and everything else from Nevada I don't have any paperwork with mine and my husbands name together, I do however have a bunch of papers and contracts with either my name or his to the same address and I'm gonna use em as proof of co existing along with military proof. Since the point of the proof of co existing is to show all of paperwork were filed to the same address, can I highlight the addresson each paper? Are they as picky as USCIS ?

TIA

People who are AOSing from a K-1 visa don't need to include proof of co-mingling or evidence of a bona fide marriage. The marriage cert is all the evidence required becasue your relationship was already vetted at your interview abroad. If you want to send evidence anyway, highlighting is fine.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
