Back in 2009, I did an Affidavit of Support - Form I-864 for my cousin when she was adjusting her status. Few months later, she got her condition permanent resident. In 2011, she petitioned to remove the condition on her permanent resident. However, another person did the affidavit of support for her. I will be doing an affidavit of support for my spouse soon. Please I was just wondering if I should include my cousin as one of my dependents. Since another person did the affidavit of support for her, does his or her own affidavit of support overrides my own affidavit of support. Please advise.

You don't do a new affidavit at removal of conditions. If you sponsored her you are on the hook until she has 40 quarter of work creditied, she becomes a USC, she leave the US permanently and surrenders her GC , she dies or you die.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
