Hello ALL VJ members,

I am a UCS petitioning for my wife (AOS from B1/B2 visa). We filed for AOS few months ago and our interview is coming up. During our initial filing, the petitioner's I-864 (me)was filled out with my THEN current job. Since I have terminated that job and started a NEW one a month ago or so, will I have to fill out a NEW I-864 with an updated job information to present at our interview? Since I am not going to have a current annual individual income (since I just started working there), how should i fill out that information? Thanks for any input! If anyone has any personal experience with this, don't be shy to chime in  This forum has been an amazing source of informaiton and support for my wife and I....THANK YOU!!

IMHO, they rarely mention about your income at the interview, they focus on the bona-fide evidences more. To be well-prepared, you can do a brand new I-864 with income estimate (you paycheck x weeks/months=....) an employer letter will be helpful. If they don't ask you don't have to show. Good luck.

IO might ask who the sponsor is, where he/she works... In my interview, IO just asked me who my co-sponsor was, he never asked about the current income or something like that.
