so, I received a biometrics appt letter, but had to reschedule it because hubby and I were on our honeymoon the week of the appt (GRR) I sent back the letter to reschedule on February 15 and I still haven't heard anything back! I'm so frustrated! I tried calling USCIS, but of course, as usual, they are of no help whatsoever! There is apparently no walk-ins welcome at the office in honolulu and no phone number or email address to contact them! Any suggestions as to what I can do????

That is what happens when you reschedule anything with USCIS. A new biometrics windows time is 60 days so you can't do nothing except waiting. Good luck.

My Biometrics appointment was scheduled for Virginia but I was in Honolulu - this just happened a few weeks ago - I was told I could just go on the same date and time of the appointment to the location at 500 Ala Moana Blvd. So I did and it all worked out fine - nothing to it, they were quick and pleasant. My green card is in process and now I'm waiting on my AOS interview date.

Now I have to find out what to do if the interview gets scheduled for Virginia and I'm still here? Guess I'll post that question unless anyone reading this knows the answer.

And no, there is no phone number or way to contact anyone at that office but when you go in they have an information desk after security before you get to the fingerprint waiting area. Good luck! :luv:
