MY QUESTION IS THIS,IF WE KNOW THE A# OF AN APPLICANT FOR A PETITION, CAN WE CHECK HOW LONG IS THE WAITING TIME? SON GOT MARRIED SO HE FALLS ON F3 CATEGORY,BUT WE DON'T KNOW HOW LONG IS HE HAS TO WAIT.THANKS FOR ANY ENLIGHTENMENT ON THIS QUERRY.

You check his PD against the Visa Bulletin. There is no way to predict how long your son will have to wait. The current PD will only tell you how long those people have had to wait for a visa. It will give you an idea to guess how long it will take for your son to immigrate.

Have you informed USCIS or the NVC that your son is now married so they can properly handle his case? If you don't tell them he is married, they will not know and treat his case as if he is single which is the wrong category for him. You can add his wife to his case when you inform them that he is married.
