Hi my fiancee has an expired Philippine passport. Does she need a valid passport to go for her medical work at St. Luke or must she renew it before the exam?

Also for the interview at the US Embassy does she need to have her passport or is that just needed for her departure from the Philippines. Thanks in advance for your response.

Yes. They will ask for her passport and write and stamp some stuff there during her Medical

She can have her passport expedited, I think the quickest would be 15 working days

You will need your MNL "manila case number" to do the medical. That is months away. But when you do get the MNL, the medical, interview and visa issue can go very fast. Get the passport ready now during the slow time. She will be to busy later to want to deal with it.

your passport need a 6 month validity before the visa will be issued so she needs to renew her passport before the interview.
