So will my petition become concurrent ?

I asked this question a while ago and just want to confirm.I sent the I-130 as a stand alone back in January.I plan on submitting the I 485 this month or in April the latest.If I send the NOA along with the application will my case become concurrent or is it too late by now ? When should I expect my greencard in my hands if I send the application in April ? My husband is a US citizen and im adjusting from temporary protected status.

it should yes. I would include a cover letter asking for them to be joined together into a concurrent filing. The sooner you file though the better.. you don't want your file sent to Canada.

How are you getting TPS?

Did Canada go to war or have some kind of natural disaster while I was taking a nap?

There's very few countries on the TPS list.

I stand corrected! I remember now! You're the one that overstayed because you came here has a child. Gotcha :thumbs:

Send that I-485 ASAP! So like Inky said, it doesn't go to NVC and end up in Montreal!
