Hello all,

I've received list of documents from the American embassy in Brussels.

Still wondering about this I-134 affidavit of support : my fiance is gonna fill it.

Is his mother, even if retired, could fill one I-134 ?

With this I-130 are any other documents required to be join with ?

In our file those papers are really the ones I don't want to be wrong about.

Thanks for all your help and assistance.

Have a great day

IF your fiancee makes 125% above the poverty guideline, then you should be fine with only one. If not then you will need a co-sponsor, as you mentioned his mom, that will have to fill out an I-134 also. Also both of them will need to provide, Tax Returns, pay stabs, employment letter, etc... to embassy their current income.
