Wells Fargo and BPI have some kind of partner agreements.... Has anyone paid the visa fee in the States? Can this be done? Maybe a bank to bank transfer of funds....rather than send money westernunion and spending time going to the bank there.

Well here is the deal, it has to be paid in PESOS. Believe it states that in the letter from the embassy. Secondly you need a receipt from a BPI bank in the Philippines....

So.... NO!

2nd paragraph.

The application fee for a K1 or K2 nonimmigrant visa is US$350, payable only in Philippine pesos at the prevailing exchange rate.

Terry, yes.

Petition is not a visa application and vice versa.

2 different things, 2 different intake points, 2 different fees.

Good Luck !
