New DS-230 Form released (expires March 31)

We are in the process of sending in our ds230 soon. My wife had already sent me a form (WITH Expiration date of 02/28/12) that was signed and completed. Since newer version is available, does she need to ds230 that is latest with 03/31 date now?

I saw that and thought i should be ok but actually at the bottom of the form, it now says 03/2012. Until last month it was at 02/2010 (yes 2010) - all of a sudden now its at 2012 from 2010...so not just the OMB but also the form has changed now, supposedly.

Don't worry about the date on the bottom. It's still not an expiration date for the form.
