My wife is Filipino and just became a US Citizen on March 9th. We sent the I-130 papers for each parent and already received I-797 NOA for each parent. We would like to know what is to follow in the process. Is there anything we need to send her parents so they have it for the interview? Is there anything we need from them? What will we have to do next. Any and all info would be great. Thanks and good luck

One more question. The processing times have updated to 5 months for the I-130. Is this from start to finish? Does it mean interview, approval also?

no, just the i130, it can take 5 to 7 months that form only depending on the service center.

After the petition is approved it will be sent to the National Visa Center. Here's a summary of the NVC process for both your wife and her parents:

Does anyone know what we will have to send to the NVC? What will they ask for from her parents. Has anyone has any experience with the police clearance they ask for? Should they get it know or wait? Do they really need it for every place they have lived for more than 6 months?
