I-751 Sent = The Date you sent your application

NOA Date = The Receipt Date on your original NOA letter

Biometrics = The Date of your biometrics appointment

Approved = The Date your case was approved which is the date on your approval letter

My NOA 1 is dated May 11, 2012. I did not receive the first one they sent. 3 weeks after I made a phone call with the 1800 number, they resent the NOA 1.

I got the first text message and email of Ordering my Card at 9:30P.M. and another one at 9:45P.M.

Is this normal? Will I get another notification when they mail the Card?

Is there a tracking number for the mail? Lol

Fixing. Don't forget to remove the quote marks so it posts correctly.

And yes, that's normal. I got 2 updates, then the 3rd was when they actually mailed it out. Then you'll get another update telling you the USPS tracking says they collected your card to be posted. Then I got the card 5 days later (including the w/end)

Just to provide a reference...........our I-751 NOA "received" was April 24, 2012. Approved on December 31, 2012 (8 months and 1 week).

We did the biometrics early with no problem. Card received January 5, 2013. (USCIS sent it by priority mail)

Four more months and we will start the process again for citizenship.

On January 4, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

You should get an update saying that USPS has notified them they've collected the GC or something, i.e. it's in the mail. Your approval was Friday so I'd expect that email today or tomorrow.

You should get an update saying that USPS has notified them they've collected the GC or something, i.e. it's in the mail. Your approval was Friday so I'd expect that email today or tomorrow.

yes it's correct, they will send you another notification once usps collect it, with the tracking number , another notification when it delivered , as long as you approved , i wouldn't mind the wait now ;)

Thanks! I got text/email notification saying On Jan 8, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file, at 4:45s.m.

Just waiting for the Tracking number.....

I don't think I got a tracking number... I know there is one on the USCIS system but I don't recall being told what it was.

Just checked my emails. Nope no tracking number. This was the first email

The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on November 8, 2012. You should receive your new card within 7 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, please call our customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This was the second

The USPS reported that your new card was delivered on November 13, 2012, directly to the address we had on file. If you did not receive your card, or have any questions, please call our customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

The USCIS has not sent me a notice of "USPS has picked the mail from USCIS"...so I am still few more days away to receive it!
