I, along with some others have been waiting 10 months for VSC and now I hear with the recent immigration changes for illegals that the service centers will be inundated with an extra load and no extra staff to handle it.

All I can say without getting banned is :angry: :angry:

I have not seen this topic, but it appears my step daughter will be have her 10 year card before Lena, due to IR2 classification? (and current snails pace at VSC) Think that is possible?

It's almost the end of August, yet, april files still have not gotten approval/decision? Even for CSC filers....

March 2012 Filers only have 6 approvals out of 28 for CSC.. We just need to be patient. Maybe we will hear good news in September

IMHO, my estimate is that 20-30% of us April filers will be approved in the month of September. Additionally, another 40% (approx.) will be approved in October. It just depends on who will get lucky and be in the "September batch", and who will draw the short straw and wait until November. Sad to say, but there is little to nothing we can do (except to wait).

The last thing we did for BIO and haven't heard anything since. I guess that's good since we haven't gotten any RFEs.....

FYI, some November(!!) VSC filers got RFE like last week... So, you still have a chance to get RFE anytime future

CORRECTION! CSC is picking up steam and now March filers are 32% approved as of 8/31. Let's go CSC!

Woot! 11 of 29 have advised they are approved as of today 09/04/12 I'm definitely thinking we should start to hear by the end of Sept, approved by end of Oct at least, we hope!

Checked my status just in case and it's of course at Initial Review. According to the USCIS website, CSC approval time is 6 months...they say the national average is 6.3 and teh USCIS goal is 6. I think the national average is probably higher than that now, lol! Anyways, I am crossing my fingers for the beginning of mid October!

Well folks, as of 9/11/12 (CSC): February filers are 80% approved. March filers are 45% approved. When will April filers start hearing some good news? I'm tired of waiting already.

It looks like I mixed up some of my dates slightly. My sent date is actually 4/13 and the receipt date is 4/17 (which is what shows on USCIS web site when I log-on to check my status). "On April 17, 2012, we received this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED..."

Can someone please update the list below? Thanks!
