Sheesh! 03.05.10 - IV Payment still "IN PROCESS" Am I being impatient here?!

03.08.10 - Called NVC to find out what is going on with IV payment. NVC Operator marks the bill paid for me.

03.09.10 - DS-230 Package sent Express Mail

I guess all there is to do now is wait... *sigh*

03.10.10 - AVR says they've reviewed my packet and found missing or incomplete info! Hoping this is the "false" RFE...

03.11.10 - Received Checklist - Confirmed false RFE. :)

03.15.10 - NVC Enters DS-230 into their system.

03.23.10 - CASE COMPLETED @ NVC!

03.25.10 - Forwarded to London consulate.

May 25th - Interview Date

Result - APPROVED!

Good to hear you received your biometrics. I'm still waiting for mine. Did you call to follow up on yours?

For me, I had called and they told they will do a service request...few days later I received and email that I don't need to do biometrics ??? Really weird...I guess They will send me a letter when they will be ready for it...the problem I don't know when and it sucks for our vacation!

I tried calling again, Tier 2 agent told me so far no appointment has been made yet and just call again at the end of the month. So I'm calling next week to follow up again

Yes, I actually called them 3 times in total. Each time I was told the same thing, though, that I will receive a letter once the local ASC office has an avilability. But it sure doesn't hurt to call! I hope you get your biometrics soon :)

Just a little update - no updates :P No movement online or via mail. No news is good news right? :D

Yes no news is usually good news!

I can't even check my status online because I didn't get biometrics letter and it seems that I don't need to have one for now...So I think, I should expect a letter for biometrics appointment anytime in the future but don't know when...so weird that I am the only one with no biometrics! :wacko:

I still don't have a biometrics too. I called a few times already. They just told me to wait for the schedule since it depends on how busy the local office is. :wacko:
