hey some movement ! That's great and all, but what about getting an infopass to yer local office,

then talking with the ICE Shift Supervisor face to face, whilst yer there?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

make sure your child gets to be the best and you giving your best.

Baby is getting the best love and support possible.

Case has been referred to an investigator, under the A number?

Does this sound right?

Well if there is no official letter, it might be a way to cool you down.

Cool down? What do you mean?

I just discovered that my "ex" is having an illicit affair with one of her "sponsors". That should come as no surprise to anyone.

Still not a single word from any USCIS or ICE investigator. Of course no word from VAWA because they won't contact an "alleged" abuser.

Also, mother does not live far from us and only came to visit the baby ONCE for 2 hours in a 6 week span. Some kind of mother huh?

Well if there is no official letter, it might be a way to cool you down.

And also why having a kid is NOT proof of a valid and loving relationship

Yes both good points. I'm sure the fact she is sleeping with her sponsor leads to him writing letters of support or her to VAWA unit. Can you say conflict of interest? How about ethics violations, too?

Anyone have a clue into what her odds are of having received an EAD from VAWA while her case is pending. I assume about a 14 month turnaround on her "emotional abuse" case claims.

If she filed I-360 along with I-485 then she can get file I-765 and get EAD in 3 months, but if she filed just I-360 then she can't get EAD until her Vawa is approved.

Her I-94 replacement was denied because RFE was missing her ability to prove entry into the country. She just didn't get this in LAX.

Her I-485 was returned for lack of an I-94.

She filed I-360 sometime between October 2011 and February 2012.

She won't tell me anything else.

She was living near us for a couple months but only came to see the baby twice and doesn't even call or email to find out how the baby is or ask for pictures. She is a NUT CASE.

Sadly, not done. Waiting to see if she'll fool the VAWA agents and get a green card through totally fraudulent means. Then she is going to come back for the baby, partial custody and child support. Ridiculous. Over 1 year and not a single call from any investigators.

USCIS won't inform you regarding her Vawa case at all. It's strictly confidential. She doesn't care about the child, are you considering to seek "termination of her parental rights"?

No, I am not considering that at the moment. My main focus has been the romance scam. I don't think people should come to the USA on a bunch of lies, then lie to everyone when you get to the USA, then lie to all the people helping you. It is sickening to me to think that the US Gov't would do that. It is also shocking that the non-profit religious group helping her has not tried to verify any part of her story. And the last shock is with all the evidence of her cheating me not one investigator has contacted me in over a year. I swear this story needs to be on 60 Minutes.
