My attorney asked me not to send. It will look like trouble some day if it gets to custody court. So, I will wait a little bit. Meantime I had a doctor of psychology send a nice letter for me saying I'm stable and not abusive. Sure anyone can say that, BUT THIS DOCTOR LIVED NEXT DOOR TO ME FOR 2 YEARS AND SAW EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED WITH MY MARRIAGE!

Also, I paid the airfare and hotel for my ex to come see the baby for mother's day, do you know she asked me to get her a better room!!! Can you believe the nerve of this woman? She came from a dirt floor shack as a child. Now she is in the USA "out of status" trying to get VAWA, and she has the nerve to ask me to get her a better room???? When I paid for everything. The little one is now 2 years old and pushed her away and screamed when mother picked her up. I guess there is a little karma there. I came to pick up my daughter, she shrieked with laughter and ran across the room and jumped in my arms. That is a daddy's girl.

May I ask why you have to pay for her airfare and hotel? If she seriously wants to maintain contact with your daughter, shouldn't it be her responsibility to visit your daughter through her own means? It is nice of you to help to pay for some expenses, but surely not everything all the time, right?

What if next time she wants to live closer to see your daughter more often, are you expected to buy her a house nearby too?

During divorce, even with a prenuptial agreement, the family law judge said I made more money. So when I moved for a new job he said I had to pay for her visits. Even though when she lived very close to us for 3 months she didn't even come see the baby one time!!! Crazy I know!

Oh goodness I am disgusted. My ex came here fraudulently, swindled me out of tens of thousands of dollars, accused me of human trafficking, filed a false VAWA claim, got a Catholic charity to stand behind her, is screwing a man who works for that Catholic charity....

and today I find out she got a valid Nail Technician License.

Hey dude do not feel bad, because it is okay for the immigrant to act poorly, as a USC you are allowed no emotion, no feeling if you say something mean to your immigrant spouse you are a abusers mean text your abusive. If you frown at your immigrant spouse it is abuse. The thing is the immigrant spouse can abuse the USC beat attack the USC commit two felonies and stay in the country it is a retarded broken system. There is really no punishment or sanction to a immigrant spouse for abusing a USC. But that is my thought.

Think about this. The justice system doesn't want to put innocent people behind bars. But what is wrong with sending non-USC frauds simply back to their home country? Seriously?

She was still legally married and was screwing a guy at her church.

She was living in the same town as her daughter but didn't come to see her for 3 months but was happily running around town with her lover.

Then went another 6 months with zero contact to her daughter.

This is not a sweet wonderful woman....well draw your own conclusions...

Well maybe I have? I know the special agent in my field office in charge of benefits fraud is aware of my situation. However, my ex arrived in March 2011, I notified USCIS and ICE in April and May of 2011 multiple times with evidence yet my ex still got an EAD and she's been in the USA 2 years now. So, the foreigner is protected but the US Citizen is financially raped. It is shameful of USCIS in my opinion.
