Score: 30

A score of 25 or above suggests strong psychopathic tendencies.  This does not mean the person is a potential mass-murderer: socialised psychopaths are not mad, nor do they have to resort to violence.  Even so, a close professional or emotional relationship with a socialised psychopath is likely to prove a damaging experience.

That is good advice Anh Map, but she is suing me if you can believe that over custody that I won and believe it or not claiming I was the fraudulent one thus contesting the pre-nuptial agreement. So, she wants money, no surprise there, but if she gets her green card through false pretenses from her fraudulent VAWA claim she'll come after the baby and child support. I would love to move on, but I have my child to protect. I cannot just let go and move on. The woman is a sociopath and must be stopped, so I am trying to get as much advice as I can and using every legal angle possible.

Please keep giving me good advice regarding my legal situation and how to get to ICE supervisors and how to send evidence to the VSC VAWA unit, etc. I will deal with the emotional side of things myself with good friends and family.

I'm concerned that if I go to USCIS with an InfoPass appointment, and I know ICE is in the same building they will still say no if I request to speak with the Group Supervisor of the Fraud Unit. Anyone have any experience with this. I mean for real they actually did this?

I don't understand the inertia. Why to stall ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Thanks Darnell, I value your advice. What do you mean stall? Stall what? Please clarify and expand on your thought process.

1. you've not talked face to face with an ICE Shift Supervisor.

2. you've no infopass appointment to get into the building.

IMO, that's a stall.

IMO, inertia is preventing you from actually doing this.

Ah ha, gotcha. I've sent in several Fedex's and spoken rarely to an investigator. They are very ho hum attitude. I will make an Inofpass for September and keep everyone in the loop. Thanks.

I was in a similar mess a few years ago, minus the baby.

Be patient. Cover your butt. I think you have been. Make sure you keep putting copies of all evidence in her file, with her A# on each page. You can mail them to the local USCIS office, or handcarry them with an Infopass Appointment.

The people at my local USCIS field office weren't real helpful, but they did give me the direct number to the local ICE investigator, who attempted to do something, but the DA didn't want to prosecute the fraud case.

In my situation, my ex was older, not willing to work, and ran out of money and friends to mooch from about 5 months after her conditional green card expired, and about 12 months of surviving in the US on her own. (she had about $8000 of her own money when I cut off support and separated) She wanted to go back to China, and I gave a her a non-refundable, one way ticket home.

People that tell you to 'get over it' don't see to understand it's not over, until it's over. You have the added responsibility of the child to deal with. It's not going to be totally over for a long time.

Your wife will probably exhaust any free legal help she can find, I think whatever story she tells is so full of holes, even overly eager agencies with good intentions will see through it, and money for these agencies is drying up in the rough economy.

Good luck.

Wow clueless really? That gives me hope! I was shamefully defrauded. She was with her lover almost everday for a year before she came to the USA, and spoke to him daily once she got here not to mention the pornography she sent to him. I've sent so many letters with evidence to USCIS and VAWA unit its incredible they haven't tossed her out. Her new lover is paying her legal fees, and by coincidence he just happens to work for the non-profit supporting her. Disgusting moral-less creatures. I'll keep the board updated.

Does that nonprofit organization have a Board of Directors? It should. This sounds like a severe conflict of interest by their worker, and something that could damage their organization. Think about investigating this avenue.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Wow! Never saw this summarized so succinctly. It describes my USC ex-wife exactly. She only misses by 2 points having the maximum. She was extremely convincing at first, could fool anybody. Sorry to see you are going through this with your immigrant spouse. Hope the advantages of being the USC gives you a better outcome than I had!

you talked with an ICE human or a special VAWA human? you need an ICE human if you wish to open a fraud case on her. It'll be YOUR case, not hers.

A VAWA case is HER case, not yours.

A fraud case is YOURS, not hers.

Somethings mixed up here, much.

Darnell if my benefits fraud case is ruled in my favor, what happens to her VAWA claim? Does VAWA overall all others? I found more pictures of her naked on webcam while pregnant. How can she possibly get a VAWA approval if she did so many crazy things?
