the non profit are actually making profits they dont really care about the validty of the story. they will help actual victims as well as scammers. they have the financial support to be doing this and they don't care so dont think for a minute they are interested in the truth. sorry for you dude.

The Catholic sisters are gullible. They believe every sob story without looking for any proof whatsoever. I believe in helping out my fellow man/woman/child but not scammers. A little evidence would be nice.

Good news!

Her claim of humantrafficking was denied. No news on VAWA. Adjudication of her case was sent to a higher level supervisor above initial ICE investigations. Slow but steady!

My case is with the group supervisor of benefits fraud. I still don't have a case number though. Very weird. I have a contact person though in that office that I can speak with. I'll check in monthly. They keep saying it's the gov't. Things move slowly.

verysadguy I don't know what USCIS told you but the Immigration Law is very clear USCIS or Vawa Unit CANNOT provide a release of any information to anyone outside of their agency. It sounds they believe in everything you showed them but they have no authority to disclose informations regarding the alleged victim.They will keep all informations provided and when they will adjudicate her case they will look all evidencesyou submitted, but don't expect they will discuss with you their decision or release informations about her.

Oh I am so sorry to hear of your situation..... know that the wheels of justice move slow

at times, just love and take care of that dear child, and go for child support adding aother misery to her selfish, cheating, disloyal ways, the way I feel about disloyal is when U R suppose to be down for each other but someone turns around and stick U in the back whether by actions or words.ood luck

Please U R corect but dont let anger get the better of U, get the facts on her behavior to show in the

future if she wants to get cusody, because women tears and citing abuse can work in her favor, so

prepare to be the custodial parent of that child for the next 18 yrs (allow her limited visitaion)

the child will need to know who brought her in this world, but she'll love who protected, nurtured and loved her most.

Get an InfoPass appointment at that office. Then when yer there, ask to speak to the Fraud Shift Supervisor.

I'm concerned that if I go to USCIS with an InfoPass appointment, and I know ICE is in the same building they will still say no if I request to speak with the Group Supervisor of the Fraud Unit. Anyone have any experience with this. I mean for real they actually did this?

Negative. She rarely even calls to check on the baby.

Recap, came to USA via a fraudulent romance, filed a fraudulent VAWA claim, got an EAD, and is now gloating about how smart she is. I'm just waiting for karma to kick in...

Thankfully baby is with me and not being raised by a sociopath.
