USCIS and CSC - referral

Hi,

just wanted to vent, I'm so getting sick of USCIS incompetence.

Last monday (9 days ago), I called NSCS, got a referral ID for my case from Tier 2. I sent an email to the csc followup address the same day, presenting our case. Today I got a reply from CSC that the referral ID was not found in the system -.- So I called the USCIS again and guess what - the referral ID was never in their system. wth?

I got a new referral ID, waiting for CSC's reply till April 5th. This is so aggreviating.
