Thanks so much, We just receive NOA 2 today. It is so undecrible how I feel. Why is God blessing us. Jean is the love of my life. I had to go to the end of the world to find her. I am a buisness man with only facts and figures. Her heart has made me the man I always wanted to be. My hope is that all her dreams will come true.

also make LOTS of copies, and just wait for their request if they'll gonna ask for a copy or the original,...

For the interview? Can all be copies as for; divorce papers from the states, noa2 letter, etc?

NOA2, yes, according to the guide here. The link to specific US Embassy Manila K-1 interview instuctions is listed above in the thread. It is clear on what original legal documents must be presented to Manila. More than likely, the answer to your question is no other than the NOA2.

Copies are absolutely fine for all of those documents, they already have the NOA2 in your file and do not ask for it, just more paper for you to carry around. You only need originals on the NBI, CENOMAR (CEMAR), NSO birth certificate, Letters of Intent and all required DS - forms. They never asked for our letters of intent.

The embassy does not ask to see the divorce decree of the USC as its already in your file from when you filed with USCIS. We brought all those things but they are not asked for.
