Need your help. My fiance the petitioner USC have his certificate of naturalization.

Question 10 on I129F asks also for a certificate of citizenship - he does not have one, at least he cannot remember to have one. Is it the same as naturalization ??? Please help

He could request for the copy at the nearest vital statistics office around his area. wait a minute......I will guess he wasn't born in the US because he has naturalization. If that the case he doesn't need his birth certificate ONLY his passport and his naturalization... (He will need to copy his passport stamps to use for evidence in meeting in person)

If not then you can get a Naturalization certificated after 5 years or 3 if ur maried . Is the same thing the different is that one if for born in us and the other one for the one that apply for citizenship.

Also he will find his alien # at that naturalization certificate too. So if the question is what his A# then he could find that A# on his naturalization certificate. make sure he won't get confused with the naturalization certificate # with alien #.

ALSO if a minor(was born abroad) is not a US citizen and the parents are US citizen that minor will be automatic US citizen(wihout waiting for 5yrs).

This is incorrect. The answer must be "No" and write down "N/A" in the box below because the petitioner is a naturalized citizen. He only needs to check "Naturalization" box and provides the number of The Certificate of Naturalization and the issuing date and place.
