Feb 2011 Filer and No NOA2 Received

Ok thanx. Much for that ricardo..why do I think my case is at nvc?? Reason being my husband gave them a call the last week of february and the representative told him that they were processing cases filed august 2 2011 and that he should give them 2 more weeks...he called the otha day and this representative told him that he will hear from nvc in 15 dayz nd if not we should call her bck nd she gave him this number like a reference number.. But we got no email r anything and I'm confuse cuz the number she gave him is not one of a nvc case number so I don't know what to do here
