Hi

I need advise as to how to go about filing the I-601 for my spouse and getting the proofs that i will be needing for extreme hardship..

I have an experience with this process from past but from all am hearing around me is that the process has changed and the USCIS has gotten really strict;Prior They said one could file all the necessary forms @ the same time--

I-601,AOS,employment authorization etc but now per my attorney the I-601 is fied @ a different time from the others

I am in Nursing school, I have a home (Property),My parents are aged and live here in the US..I support them 50%..could these reasons help out?

I have an attorney who am paying alot but she is requesting me to do all the work my self(no legal advise what so ever)..I am scared ,anxious and so stressed.

All inputs and advise will be greatly appreciated

Need more information- why is a waiver needed?

Where is your spouse at the moment?

Where are you in the process of filing for a spousal visa or adjustment of status?

What are the circumstances of you having experience with this before?

Is your attorney not only experienced with immigration, but with waivers specifically?

Can you explain your situation a little bit more. Why do you need I-601 what are the reasons why your spouse is inadmissable? Your lawyer is correct it is a separate filing and have $585 filing fee.
