My wife agree to sign affidavit but she does not make enough so i going to have join sponsor.

She still required to provide tax return information section 25. Federal Income Tax Return Information. in I-864?

She does not want too unless required.

Yes. She is required to show proof she filed taxes for the last 3 years. If she wasn't required to she needs to include a letter stating why she wasn't required to file.

She needs only include the last years actual return/transcript but needs the info for the last 3 years on the form.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
