You should probably send some financial mingling documents... Bank statements, credit cards, bills, insurance cards, etc under both your names. Driver's licenses showing the same address for both of you would help too...

Pending since 08/2006 ~ WITHDRAWN on 12/01/11, forwarded to local office on 01/10/12

Family based case:

05/31/11 ~ I-130 & I-485 & I-765 & I-131 Packet received by NBC

06/09/11 ~ NOA received from NBC

06/17/11 ~ Biometrics letter received for appt date 7/11 (ASC: Woodside, NY)

06/20/11 ~ Walk-in biometrics done

09/13/11 ~ EAD & AP Approved

11/09/11 ~ Interview

12/28/11 ~ I-130 approved

01/26/12 ~ I-485 service request opened

01/30/12 ~ Contacted senator

02/07/12 ~ I-485 approval email

02/10/12 ~ CPO email

02/11/12 ~ Welcome notice received

You don't send pictures with the application. That is for your interview. You need proof of joint assets such as lease, phone, insurance, bank account etc. You just got married so begin merging assets to avoid RFEs or a denial.

05/05/2009 - Received NOA2. Welcome letter for Permanent Residency. I-130 and I-485 approved 04/30/2009
05/08/2009 - Touched. I-485 approval letter sent
05/11/2009 - GC received in the mail. Expires 2019
05/11/2009 - Applied to remove restrictions on my SS Card
05/18/2009 - Received unrestricted SS card
10/13/2009 - My darling husband of 2 yrs 5 months 3 weeks 3 days passed away :(

I sent in photos with the I-130 and was not asked for additional ones at the interview. That is another approach if you already have photos. Not that it's a guarantee that they will not ask for more photos at the interview though.

it's ok to send in photos with the I-130 submittal.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

the OP is filing an I-130, they ARE required to send evidence of relationship with the I-130.

Is one notarized affidavit of bona-fide relationship from the US citizen's mother and 5 pictures of me and my husband together enough to send with the I-130? thank you
