Hi all,

So my fiance is waiting to recieve his packet #3 from the embassy, and they have sent it out a few days ago.

A week and a half ago I sent my fiance the I134, but it STILL did not leave the states. I filed a claim with the US post office for them to "find it", in the meantime I sent him another original copy of it with the required documents. However - if he gets called to the interview before he gets these papers....is he allowed to print out these documents as I would scan them to him and send through email? IM GETTING SO NERVOUS!

does he have already a interview date??or does he still needs to call them for a date?? normally mail needs 1-2 weeks if it just a letter. unfortunately they want a original signature for the I-134 form. mostly if your fiance dont has that document with him by the interview and has like a print out version they going to give him a green paper sheet and give you guys some time to send it to them then. mostly like 4 months they put the visa on hold. and if you send it then to them and it is all good they going to approve the visa :) good luck you two....

Thank you very much for the response.

Does this mean that the employment and bank documents have to be original signatures as well. And copies would not be good enough? :help:

the form I-134 has to be original signature. and the tax return and w2 should be original as well but from my fiance he just had his online ( even his payment check from his job) so he send it to me via email and i printed it out, that was ok for the embassy. but its different with the country. do you have a direct contact person yet at the embassy?? if so u always can call them or send them an email and ask with ur case number if its ok to have copies or print outs.

you find the contact information http://podgorica.usembassy.gov/ here.
