Hi everyone, wanted to get some opinions, my husband starts school at the end of August, nvc says to email a request for expediting including an acceptance letter from the school. when should we consider doing that? i mean if it's may and we still don't have our interview i'm assuming that would be a good time to ask for it?

Also, my husband got a full scholarship to a very prestigious school, i am also in grad school on scholarship. his school is in NH and I'm in OH, i can search for programs in NH but may lose a lot of my credits, not to mention a free education, how should we talk about this during the interview? Initially, if he gets here in the summer, he will live with me in OH and then go to school. My school is over next spring 2013, and i am immediately moving to NH to look for work..these are amazing opportunities for both of us to have a successful future together...just not sure if embassy will agree because of the living arrangements...

A reasonable person would not see any issue with your living arrangements since you will be completing your degree next year. However I am not sure if the USCIS and DOS also comprises of reasonable people or not. I have no idea how they would see this.
