MRV/ Receipt no. ????

i am trying to schedule my son's interview online... but it changed a lot now.. and the MRV no./ Receipt no. how can i get it now?... do i need to call the US Embassy to have that?, their new link dont give MRV/ UID like before...

oh my so complicated the link now.. too much nos. they're asking...

the teller in BPI didnt give any MRV no., or even make it clear to my mom about the no. if they're the one who's giving it...

and why is that every time i chose IM for K2 it will go to no. 3.. no no. 2 question...? so confused...
