AOS package, final checklist... tell me what i am missing

Hi all, so the package assembling is all done and am getting ready to mail it out today. Since my attention to detail sometimes borders on OCD, just wanted to make sure that I have everything right and so here is my final checklist for the complete package. Please review and tell me if I have it all right or if I forgot to include something. Thanks. I am the applicant and my USC husband is the sponsor.

I have four separate envelopes, one each for Form I-130, Form I-485, Form I-131 and Form I-765, each with its own set of supporting documentation, all put inside one larger envelope with an overall Packet Cover Letter. So, here goes:

1) Packet Cover Letter for entire package, listing all the forms contained inside and signed by both me and husband

2) Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative::

Includes: a) Form G-1145, E-Notification Petition

b) I-130 Cover Letter

c) Check for $420

d) Form I-130

e) Husband/sponsor's Naturalization Certificate

f) My/Beneficiary's Birth Certficate including secondary proofs of birth such as school record

g) My Passport Bio Page

h) Marriage Certificate

i) Husband/sponsor's previous divorce decree

j) Husband/sponsor's Form G-325 A

k) Husband/sponsor's passport photo, inside plastic bag, labeled and pinned on a separate sheet of paper

l) My/beneficiary's Form G-325A

m) My passport photo, inside plastic bag, labeled and pinned on a separate sheet of paper

n) Proof of bonafide marriage such as three year IRS transcripts showing as 'Married, Filing Joint', Letter from

Landlord and current lease showing living together, husband/sponsor's medical and dental coverage policy showing

me as beneficiary, husband's life insurance policy showing me as beneficiary, photos (3 each) of our wedding,

post-wedding dinner, honeymoon, trips taken together and events with friends.

p) My I-94, front and back

3)Form I-485, Application To Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

a) G-1145, E-Notification petition

b) I-485 Cover Letter

c) Check for $1070

d) Form I-485

e) Form I-864, Affidavit of Support

f) My Form G-325A

g) My Form I-693, Proof of Medical Examination and Vaccination

h) Birth Certificate and proofs of secondary birth such as school records

i) Current F1 visa with all relevant passport stampings

j) Current, unexpired I-20

k) Form I-94, front and back

l) Husband/sponsor's 2011 IRS transcript

m) Husband/sponsor's 2011 W2

o) Husband/sponsor's most recent pay stubs

p) Husband/sponsor's employment letter (as proof of income)

q) Marriage Certificate (to show relationship)

r) Two Passport Photos of Me/Beneficiary, inside plastic bag and pinned on a separate sheet of paper

4)]Form I-131, Application For Travel Document

Includes:

a) G-1145, E-Notification Acceptance

b) I-131 Cover Letter explaining circumstances that warrant issuance of advance parole

c) Fi visa with all relevant passport stampings

d) Passport Bio Page (as proof of identity)

e) Form I-94, front and back

f) Two passport photos, inside plastic bag and pinned on a separate sheet of paper

5) Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization:

Includes:

a) G-1145, E-Notification Acceptance

b) I-765 Cover Letter

c) Form I-765

d) Form I-94, front and back

e) Current OPT EAD, Front and Back

f) Two Passport photos, inside plastic bag and pinned on a separate sheet of paper.

What do you think? Am I good to go?

The Journey

Arrived on F1 visa on 25 Dec 2008. Graduated June 2011. Started OPT Sep 2011.

AOS applied March 21, 2012. GC approved June 11, 2012 & received June 18, 2012.

Exactly three months from start to finish,no RFEs.

AOS Timeline:

Day 01,March 21, 2012: Concurrent filing of I-130/AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago Lockbox

Day 02,March 22, 2012: Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox

Day 04,March 24, 2012: USCIS Acceptance Confirmation received through e-mail

Day 07,March 27, 2012: Checks cashed.

Day 13,April 02, 2012 : NOAs received for I-130,I-485,EAD/AP & Biometrics

Day 36,April 25, 2012 : Biometrics Completed at Elizabeth, NJ.

Day 45,May 04, 2012 : E-mail notification for interview received for June 11

Day 46,May 05, 2012 : Received hard copy of interview notice

Day 56,May 16, 2012 : EAD/AP Production e-mail

Day 64,May 24, 2012 : EAD/AP Card in hand

Day 83,June 11,2012 : Interview. Approved same day. Card production email.

Day 84,June 12,2012 : E-mail Notification registering PR status.

Day 87,June 15,2012 : USPS picks up GC from USCIS.

Day 88,June 16,2012 : Received two hard copy mails, approving I-130 & I-485

Day 90,June 18,2012 : 10-year GC in hand. End of GC journey, for now.

Ditch the multiple envelopes. It is a hassle for them and they have to completely disassemble the packet when they get it anyways.

If you want to organize it just use some clips or something.

July 2005 - met my awesome, hot, amazing love in Lousiana.
July 2006 - Married said love and moved to Canada.
June 2011 - Entered US to visit family, decided to stay.
Feb. 2012 - Sent paperwork to Chicago.

May 2012 - Received green card.

I thought you need only one G-1145 if you co-filing?

3/23/2012 (Day 0) - I-130, I-485 and I-765 sent
4/02/2012 (Day 11) - Hard Copy of NOA1 in the mail of I-130, I-485 and I-765
4/04/2012 (Day 13) - Received a letter for biometrics appointment for 4/20/2012.
4/20/2012 (Day 29) - Biometrics done
5/03/2012 (Day 42) - Status online changed to interview, scheduled for June 11
5/16/2012 (Day 55) - EAD Card Production, online status update
5/24/2012 (Day 63) - EAD Card in the mail
6/11/2012 (Day 83) - Interview, approved on the spot

05/19/2014 (Day 0) - Mailed I-751

05/27/2014 (Day 8) - Received NOA1

jdh, that seems like a good idea too!

pasportit, since i wanted to send each Form in a separate envelope, I thought it made better sense to send separate G-1145s for each.

You can use a seperate 1145 for each if you want, but I believe they just toss the extras. I sent one with my wife's email and two with mine, but only she got the messages - hers was the first one in the packet.
