Question: I am sure many of you have also had the same question and would appreciate giving me your feed back on these matters...

After I recieved notice of I-130 approval from USCIS...

I recieved notice from NVC a week later, as well as my wife. We recieved the (DS-3032) "CHOICE OF AGENT & ADDRESS FORM"

I will become the Agent however... in the instructions it says that printing/scanning and resending via email is not acceptable. I assume because of the bar code printed on the top of the form. (DS-3032)

They recomend a US postal address due to "unreliable international mail" But without the ability of printing+signing+then scanning +sending via Email...

how am I suppose to get the form sent/signed and recieved in a relatively timely manner as well as a safe and reliable manner?

Next Question:

After the Agent letter (DS-3032 is recieved and fee paid to NVC...

If I am the agent... Will I recieve both the I-864 packet as well as the spousal forms DS-230 or something like that.. (Can't remember the form numbers right now)

Assuming I get all these forms completed... do the Bennificiary forms (DS-230xxx etc...) get sent to Colombia for my spouse to use there or do they also get sent to NVC? I am thinking to NVC and then they will send all to Colombia consulate but just not sure, looking for clarification on that part.

BTW: Just for timeline sake..

Filed I-130 to USCIS on Sept. 14th 2012

Recieved approval from USCIS on March 9, 2012

Contact NVC & gave email address March 12, 2012

Recieved email for DS-3032 and bill notice of $88 on March 20, 2012

Words of note:

I also filed an I-129F as suggested by USIC however NVC recieved both I-129F & I-130 at the same time. They canceled the I-129F since they had receievd them both together, the I-130 took precedence.

So if anyone has any suggestions regarding the DS-3032 signing and sending it off...

If some how I am able to have the DS-3032 signed within a few days would that throw a Flag up at NVC with the question on how It got it signed and sent so fast?
