Hi-

Does anyone know if a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) qualifies under the TN Visa guidelines? I can only find Nurses, but not CNA's.

Thanks,

I would be surprised if it is as we have an over-abundance of CNAs already and honestly there are a lot of jobs where CNAs are used but not required which kind of demonstrates the aforementioned over-abundance.

That's what I'm thinking too. I actually need to move to US to look after my ailing Aunt - who has no family left in USA and her health is failing quickly. She has no-one else left here to care for her - all her other closer relatives are either disabled themselves or unable financially to care for her. I have been really close to this aunt for years, she's like a mother to me. I know she can't sponsor me as neices do not quality - so I was hoping I could come over on a TN and work and care for her in the evenings/weekends & also help her out financially.
