What has been 2-3 yrs?we have to be met in face to face in 2 yrs right...so we reached to 2 yrs when we applied (my passport stamp says dec 20th 2009, and we filed on dec 12th, the date on NO1 says dec 19th.

Are you still waiting NOA2? yes

Did you file for him before and get denied? this is my first time filing it

Please give more information so we can help------ i visited my fiance last week , i stayed with him for 10 days, so my question is that if they ask me REF for more evidence and if i send them this last week visit documents and pics. do i have a chance to get approved?

You are good, as your NOA date is one day before the 2 year maximum. I'd try and visit at least one more time before interview though, they probably will ask why you waited almost exactly 2 years to file at interview.
