Form Ds 156 in trouble

Hi every one , i need your help i mean advice i am having trouble with the form DS-156. i tried to filled up at home at it shows the required set up in my computer i did but still it says:

Corrupted Content Error

i tried three internet cafe still doesn't work and now i am here the 4th internet cafe still the same i ask the attendant they said they have the required set......

what i am going to do .... i got head ache because of this my inter view is coming soon... on march 29.2012.....

Try with different browsers... that usually does the trick.

Someone even used Safari for it...and it worked.

You just need to fill it on Internet Explorer, forget about Chrome, Safari, or anything else, it just won't work.
