ds156 error message

hi!

is anybodyelse having problems to get the barcode on the ds156? i've filled it in several times with the latest version of ie and adobe reader and i always get an error message. is this a common issue? how do i fix it?

quite a few have had issues with printing the 156, I believe after completing the form the website has to generate a scan code and that is where the hang-up occurs then it won't print.

Good to know Safari fixes the hang-up.
